It was so dark here. This was one of those situations where really I should have done a super long exposure for the foreground using bulb mode, and another 30 second one for the stars and combined them, but I was dashing somewhere for a sunrise.

August seems to be the month for fireweed, I always look for flowers whenever I'm at a scene. I think they work especially well here against the ruins of this old village.
